How long does it work?

Our online process is so simply and takes minutes!

1. Select your frame from our Prescription Collection.

2. Input your script. Fill in the details, upload image or select 'Send later'

3. Select lenses. Make sure you select a tinted lens for sunglasses!

4. Then pay securely online.

When will they arrive?

Orders are typically shipped within 14 days.

Can I claim through my Health Fund?

We will issue you with a Health Fund receipt for easy claiming through following health funds. Rebates do vary per fund.

HCF, AHM, HBF, Medibank, NIB and Doctors Health products.

All prescription glasses orders are shipped via Australia Post, with charges determined by your location. Simply enter your postcode at checkout to view the shipping cost. You can select either standard delivery or express post.

RETURNS - PRESCRIPTION GLASSES

Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges on prescription glasses, as each pair is custom-made to match your unique prescription.

WARRANTY

• We offer a 12-month limited warranty from date of purchase which covers manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials for the frame. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase to validate your warranty. This warranty does not include general wear, scratched or broken lenses, fading or frame deterioration.
• If there is a genuine defect, email contact@lifelesscommon.com with your name, order number or proof of purchase. Please attach photos of the sunglasses and the issue, so we can resolve as quickly as possible. On review of warranty claim, Life Less Common reserves the right to replace or repair items, in part or full at our complete discretion.
