SHIPPING

• We offer FREE standard shipping (4-10 days) on purchased orders $99 and above (except for Try-Before-You-Buy orders).
• For orders less than $99, we offer flat rate shipping of $4.95 (4-10 days).
• For Try-Before-You-Buy orders, we offer flat rate shipping of $9.00 (4-10 days).
• Express Shipping is optional for all orders at $12.95 (2-4 days).
• We use Australia Post or Aramex for Australian orders.

TRY-BEFORE-YOU-BUY

• Our Try-Before-You-Buy service is available on ALL STYLES. 
• No upfront payment and FREE returns.
• Select 3 of your favourite styles to ‘Try’. Hit the ‘Try-Before-You-Buy’ button (below Add to Cart) to confirm selection.
• Enter your card details during checkout as normal, but don't worry, you won't be charged yet. We'll use this card when you decide to complete your order.
• Once your order arrives, you will have 4 days to try on the items. We'll send you a link via email and SMS to access your Customer Portal and complete the order.
• You'll only be charged for the items you decide to keep. There will be a return label in the box to send back any unwanted items.
• Available in Australia only.

RETURNS

• We offer 14 Day FREE Returns for purchased sunglasses priced $99+ for change of mind, for a refund or exchange.
• Sunglasses at 50% Off ($79) are Final Sale and ineligible for return or exchange for change of mind/fit. Please choose carefully.
• If you are unsure, please consider using our Try-Before-You-Buy service, with no upfront payment and FREE returns. (See above).
• To action a return please go to our Returns Portal https://lifelesscommon.com/a/return with your order number and email.
• For Try-Before-You-Buy (Try with Mirra) Returns please refer to the email and SMS to access Customer Portal and complete the order. 

WARRANTY

• We offer a 12-month limited warranty from date of purchase which covers manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase to validate your warranty. This warranty does not include general wear, scratched or broken lenses, fading or frame deterioration.
• If there is a genuine defect, email contact@lifelesscommon.com with your name, order number or proof of purchase. Please attach photos of the sunglasses and the issue, so we can resolve as quickly as possible. On review of warranty claim, Life Less Common reserves the right to replace or repair items, in part or full at our complete discretion.
