Refunds & Returns



We understand that buying sunglasses online can be tricky, so we accept change of mind returns on all full priced sunglasses within 14 days of delivery. This includes full priced items purchased with a discount code. 

To be eligible for a return, please a request return (via returns portal) within 14 days of receiving your order. We will review your request and send further instructions.
For Australian orders, we will send you pre-paid shipping label, as per our FREE RETURNS policy. 

For International orders, we are unable to offer free returns. Any shipping costs involved in returning the item is at the customer’s expense. We strongly recommend using a tracking service when sending the item back to ensure its safe arrival. Life Less Common cannot be held responsible for any lost or undelivered returns.

To be eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit, the sunglasses must be:

  • Unworn and clean from any smudges or fingerprints
  • Returned in original condition with all labels, swings tags and packaging
  • Be within 14 days of order being delivered

If your order meets the above criteria, you can choose to:

  • Refund purchase amount (via original payment method)
  • Exchange for another style
  • Exchange for store credit

Once item has been received at LLC Studio and the saleable condition confirmed, we will process your refund, exchange or store credit. Please be aware that refunds may take 2-3 days to be deposited into a bank account. Please be aware shipping costs will not be refunded.

  • Please enter you order number and email address linked to the order
  • Select which item your like to return and your reason.
  • Select which resolution option you prefer (eg. refund, exchange, store credit)
  • We will assess your claim and email you further instructions on how to return your order.
  • All returned sunglasses must be clean and unworn, with all tags and original packaging.
  • Any returned items that do not meet the criteria may incur a restock/damage fee.
  • Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.


    All sale items are FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on sale items for change of mind. This does not effect the 12 month warranty or your consumer rights (ACCC).


    All sunglasses come with a 12 month warranty. If your sunglasses are faulty, please email with your name, order number or proof of purchase. Please attach photos of the sunglasses and the issue, so we can resolve as quickly as possible.

    Life Less Common sunglasses come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Life Less Common will accept returns and provide you with an exchange voucher, refund (refund will be provided using original payment method) or repair where:

    The item is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or the item is not fit for its intended purpose, or the product does not match the sample or our description; and you can present a receipt or other adequate proof of purchase. We reserve the right not to offer an exchange voucher, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect. If the failure is minor, we reserve our right to offer to repair only, and reserve the right to not offer a refund or an exchange coupon.
