• We offer 14 Day FREE Returns for full priced sunglasses for change of mind, for a refund or exchange. This includes styles purchased with a discount code.

• Sale items are ineligible for refund or exchange for change of mind/fit. Please choose carefully.

Shipping & Delivery

We recommend you choose at least 2 styles to take full advantage of the experience. It's often the style you didn't expect that will be the winner!

• Our Try-Before-You-Buy service is available on ALL STYLES. 
• No upfront payment and FREE returns.
• Select 3 of your favourite styles to ‘Try’. Hit the ‘Try-Before-You-Buy’ button (below Add to Cart) to confirm selection.
• Enter your card details during checkout as normal, but don't worry, you won't be charged yet. We'll use this card when you decide to complete your order.
• Once your order arrives, you will have 4 days to try on the items. We'll send you a link via email and SMS to access your Customer Portal and complete the order.
• You'll only be charged for the items you decide to keep. There will be a return label in the box to send back any unwanted items.

WARRANTY

• We offer a 12-month limited warranty from date of purchase which covers manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase to validate your warranty. This warranty does not include general wear, scratched or broken lenses, fading or frame deterioration.
• If there is a genuine defect, email contact@lifelesscommon.com with your name, order number or proof of purchase. Please attach photos of the sunglasses and the issue, so we can resolve as quickly as possible. On review of warranty claim, Life Less Common reserves the right to replace or repair items, in part or full at our complete discretion.
