Life Less Common sunglasses come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Life Less Common will accept returns and provide you with an exchange voucher, refund (refund will be provided using original payment method) or repair where:
The item is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or the item is not fit for its intended purpose, or the product does not match the sample or our description; and you can present a receipt or other adequate proof of purchase. We reserve the right not to offer an exchange voucher, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect. If the failure is minor, we reserve our right to offer to repair only, and reserve the right to not offer a refund or an exchange coupon.

Life Less Common offers Risk Free Shopping which means we offer 14-day Free Returns for change of mind.
If you would like to return your sunnies within the 14-day Free Returns period, please email us at the LLC Studio with your name and order number within 14 days of receiving your sunnies. We will email you a return addressed postage label. No questions asked.
Simply re-pack the sunglasses into the triangle hard case with lens cloth, warranty and plastic covers. Put it back inside the original padded bag it was delivered in, stick the return addressed postage label over the old address and pop into any Australia Post box. You don’t even need to go to the Post Office.
To qualify for a refund, the sunglasses must be returned to the LLC Studio in a saleable condition with original proof of purchase, such as name/order number. By saleable condition we mean that the item hasn’t been used, is still in its original packaging, triangle hard case with warranty, lens cloths and plastic covers included.
Once item has been received at LLC Studio and the saleable condition confirmed, a refund will be processed using original payment method within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Please be aware it may take 2-3 days to be deposited into a bank account.
**Please note: The outer cardboard wrap that goes around hard case may have ripped when you opened your sunnies – that’s ok. You don’t need to return the cardboard wrap to qualify for a refund.
